Return/Exchange Policy
- Returns and exchanges are honored within 30 days of purchase.
- Items are carefully inspected upon receipt.
- Only 100% unwashed/unworn items will be eligible for return.
- Returned items must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
- Items returned that do not meet these criteria will not be refunded or returned.
- There will be a 15% restocking fee deducted on all returns.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Free shipping promotion (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund.
- Clearance items are Final Sale.
- Once orders are in process, no cancellations or changes can be made. Please always provide tracking on returns as we are not responsible for items not received.
